Ingredients
- 1 pound Pizza dough (preferably homemade or store-bought)
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 medium Ripe tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- to taste Black pepper

Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thinness, about 12 inches in diameter.

Transfer the dough to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel if using a stone.

Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the dough, then evenly distribute sliced fresh mozzarella over the surface.
