Whisk 2.5 cups flour with 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt; add to wet ingredients to form a dough. Chill 20 minutes, roll out, cut shapes and bake 8–10 minutes at 350°F. Cool and decorate with powdered sugar icing tinted in pastels.
Tips & Notes
- Work in stages: bake lemon bars and cookies first, then make quiches last so they’re freshest at serving time.
- Swap ingredients for dietary needs: use gluten-free tart shells and flour, or replace bacon with sautéed mushrooms for a vegetarian quiche.
- Keep presentation simple: use mismatched pastel plates and fresh herbs to make the spread feel curated without extra effort.
