This Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade Mocktail is the ultimate celebration drink for baby showers. It's vibrant, refreshing, and feels fancy enough to toast to the mama-to-be, all without a drop of alcohol. The combination of fresh strawberries, bright lemon juice, and sparkling water creates a drink that's both elegant and approachable—perfect for guests of all ages.

What I love most about this mocktail is how easy it is to batch for a crowd. You can make a big pitcher of the strawberry-lemon mixture ahead of time and add the sparkling water just before serving. The pretty pink color and fresh fruit garnishes make it Instagram-worthy, and everyone at the shower will feel like they're having something truly special.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries, hulled:1 cup
  • Fresh lemon juice:½ cup
  • Honey:3 tbsp
  • Sparkling water or club soda:2 cups
  • Ice cubes:1 cup
  • Strawberry slices for garnish:4 pieces
  • Lemon wheels for garnish:4 pieces

Instructions

  1. Add hulled fresh strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract all the juice.

Tips & Notes

  • Make the strawberry-lemon base several hours ahead and keep it chilled in the pitcher—just add sparkling water when guests arrive for the freshest bubbles.
  • If you prefer a less sweet mocktail, reduce the honey to 2 tablespoons and adjust to taste.
  • For a larger batch, simply multiply the ingredients and keep the sparkling water separate until serving time.
  • Fresh mint leaves make a lovely additional garnish if you'd like to add a fresh herbal note to the drink.
