Ingredients
- 1 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 cups Cold water
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- to taste Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1 cup water. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove the syrup from heat and let it cool.

In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice with the cooled sugar syrup. Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water and stir well.

Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar syrup or lemon juice as needed.
