Ingredients

  • 2 cups Canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and pat dry with a towel.

  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil until well coated.

  3. Add the paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the chickpeas. Mix thoroughly so they’re evenly coated.

  4. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
